I often use an exercise when I am giving a presentation where I ask people to imagine their funeral and what people will be saying about them. I got it from Steven Covey's book many years ago- "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" I haven't thought about it for a while but its always good to have a little reminder. I'd like people to say that I cared about my family and friends and was generous. And that I was fun to be with- that I always enjoyed a good laugh. But I also know that we should be unattached to what others say about us so when I leave my body and review my life i hope that is what I'll say about myself. Good post, Thanks, BA
